Step 1

Step 2

Dry the tomatoes. Throw the tomatoes into a sieve or colander. Wait until the liquid drains. Place the tomatoes skin-side down on a baking sheet with parchment. Put the baking sheet in the oven heated to 90 ˚C. Leave the door ajar. Dry for 5 hours. Sweet dried tomatoes should resemble raisins in appearance.
