Prepare dried cherry tomatoes. Remove the pulp from the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes in a saucepan. Strain the tea through a sieve into a small saucepan. Add sugar and stir. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and stir again. Pour the hot syrup over the tomatoes. Leave until completely cool. Pour the syrup back into the saucepan. Put the syrup on the fire and heat it up. Pour the tomatoes again. This procedure should be repeated 4 times.
Dry the tomatoes. Throw the tomatoes into a sieve or colander. Wait until the liquid drains. Place the tomatoes skin-side down on a baking sheet with parchment. Put the baking sheet in the oven heated to 90 ˚C. Leave the door ajar. Dry for 5 hours. Sweet dried tomatoes should resemble raisins in appearance.
