Diet oatmeal cookies

Description
Dietary oatmeal cookies are an excellent compromise for desperate sweet teeth who want both pleasure and not worry about the consequences for the figure. Is it possible? And why not, if there is no sugar in the composition of the cookies (only one spoonful of honey), wheat flour, butter and sour cream ?! But this does not mean that you will get something boring and tasteless. Judge for yourself! Banana and dates are responsible for the sweetness of dietary oatmeal cookies, nuts for an interesting texture, and cinnamon for a spicy aroma. Just from the listing of these ingredients, the soul becomes warm and cozy. Cook, try, enjoy and share the recipe with your friends!
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients for the Diet Oatmeal Cookie Dough. First, wash the banana and peel it. Break into pieces and place in a blender bowl. Grind.
Step 2
Cut the dates for the cookie dough in half and remove the pits. Cut the flesh into very small cubes and place in a small bowl. Leave until use.
Step 3
Beat the egg white with a mixer until strong peaks. Transfer the banana puree from the blender bowl to a large bowl. Add whipped protein and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Put honey into the resulting mixture. Stir again. Pour oatmeal into a blender bowl and grind until flour is obtained. Add to banana mixture and mix very thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour soda into a small bowl and pour over lemon juice. Table (apple) vinegar can also be used. Pour into bowl with oatmeal. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Add chopped dates and chopped nuts to the dietary oatmeal cookie dough. Add ground cinnamon. Stir with a spatula to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Step 7
Heat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or foil. Put the prepared oatmeal dough on it in portions at a distance from each other.
Step 8
Bake diet oatmeal cookies for 15 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven. Let the cookies cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely. Serve on the table.
