Step 1

Carefully beat off the chicken fillet so that the bone does not fall off. Salt and pepper the fillet.

Step 2

In the fillet, wrap the butter with chopped dill so that the bone sticks out. Cool down.

Step 3

Dip the cutlet in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry the finished cutlet in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown, bring to readiness in the oven. Serve with mashed potatoes. Decorate with a sprig of parsley.

chicken breast fillet with shoulder bone - 120 g
butter - 40 g
dill - 2 g
flour - 10 g
chicken egg - 1 pc.
breadcrumbs - 20 g
salt, pepper to taste
mashed potatoes - 40 g
parsley - 2 g
