Warm up 6 small portion molds for baking in the oven or hot water. Pour half the sugar into a saucepan, put on low heat; heat until the sugar begins to caramelize slightly. Remove from heat, beat the remaining sugar, eggs, yolks and vanilla sugar properly into a homogeneous mass. Mix milk with cream. Continuing to beat, pour in a very thin stream into the beaten eggs. Divide the cream into molds. Put them on a baking sheet filled with water so that the water reaches the middle of the height of the molds. Bake in an oven preheated to 140ºС for 35 minutes. Pour the finished cream with caramel.
