Chicken pate with cream

One of the most popular pate options is chicken breast fillet pate with vegetables and butter! Finely chopped carrots and onions will make the dish even tastier and healthier! Pate is one of the oldest dishes in European cuisine. Previously, pate was called well-rubbed meat. The basis of the dish is meat or pork, sometimes beef/chicken, liver! This recipe uses the most tender chicken breast fillet!
How to cook Chicken pate with cream
Step 1

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion.
Step 2

Boil the chicken breast until done.
Step 3

Cut the cooled boiled chicken breast into cubes and place in a blender container. Grind the chicken cubes using a blender.
Step 4

Add onions and grated carrots to the blender container. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 5

Add butter and vegetable oil. Grind all ingredients until smooth.
