Cheesecakes with vanilla
Vanilla cheesecakes are especially loved by children. And if you add a little orange zest to them, their taste will become brighter - no one will refuse such cheesecakes in the morning.
How to cook Cheesecakes with vanilla
Step 1
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and put in a blender bowl.
Step 2
Beat in eggs, add flour, sugar, zest and vanilla bean seeds. Beat everything until smooth and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the curd mixture from the refrigerator, roll into a thick sausage and cut into circles 2.5–3 cm thick, form into balls.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil well in a frying pan and fry the cheesecakes until golden brown on both sides, laying them out on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Allow the vanilla cheesecakes to cool slightly and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
