Prepare donut dough. Heat milk to 35°C. Pour yeast into it and mix. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes. The surface should be covered with small bubbles.

butter - 80 g
fine brown sugar - 100 g
zest of 1 lemon
peel of 1 orange
ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
vegetable oil for deep-frying - 500 ml
