How to cook Aromatic apple twirls
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix flour, sour cream, vanilla sugar, butter. Gather the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 2

While the dough is cooling, prepare the filling: finely chop the apples, add 2.5 tbsp. l. sugar, mix well and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 3

Chilled dough divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out each into a thin rectangular layer. We spread the apple filling on the wide edge of each layer, roll it up. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and the remaining sugar.
Step 4

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and bake our vertuts for 30-40 minutes. in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
