Cheese waffles

Cookinero 10 Nov 2022

Very tasty with thick sour cream, and if you add lightly salted red fish, it will be absolutely perfect! I don’t have a stationary waffle iron, I cook in silicone molds for making waffles in the oven.

How to cook Cheese waffles

Step 1

Beat the eggs very well with a mixer until fluffy foam. Whisking constantly, add the milk and then the rest of the ingredients. Bake waffles in a waffle iron. I baked in the oven in silicone molds at 180 degrees. When they were already browned, I turned the forms so that the waffles were on the baking sheet and released them. And baked for another five minutes so that they browned on the other side.
