Celery root fried with mint

How to cook Celery root fried with mint
Step 1
Cut the celery into 1 cm thick slices, then into slices. Fry in a well-heated olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Reduce heat, add coarsely chopped garlic and rosemary. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
When celery is soft, add butter, mint and stir. without taking it off the fire. Drain excess oil, season with salt and black pepper.
