Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

Very easy and delicious casserole! This is such a lifesaver: how to quickly cook dinner for the whole family. You can take any vegetables: not only cauliflower or broccoli. It is good both hot and cold. I definitely recommend trying it!

How to cook Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

Step 1

Lightly boil the cauliflower and broccoli, drain the water.

Step 2

Saute carrots and onions in olive oil until onions are soft.

Step 3

Mix eggs with milk, salt and add spices, beat with a fork.

Step 4

Lubricate the baking dish with oil, put the vegetables, pour the milk-egg mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Step 5
