Put the dough on a floured work surface, roll out into a layer 3 cm thick. Gently transfer to a baking sheet, let stand for 20 minutes. Put in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Cut the finished cake into pieces. Serve warm. BTW The dough for these breads can also be made lean. Milk can be replaced with a glass of warm boiled water, vegetable oil can be used instead of butter, and eggs can be simply excluded. In this case, add 1.5 tsp to the dough. baking powder (baking powder). When it rises, punch it down and let it rise again.
