For cream, beat sour cream with sugar, preferably crushed into powder, until peaks. Add raspberries.

Unroll the cooled roll, put sour cream and wrap. Top the roll with the remaining cream, sprinkle with coconut crumbs or almond feathers and remove in the cold.
