Beef Stroganoff with Chicken in Tomato Paste

The popular dish named after Count Alexander Grigorievich Stroganov has many different variations. The evolution of recipes has led to a change in the main ingredient - cream sauce. One of the most interesting variations is beef stroganoff with chicken in tomato paste, where the creamy tenderness is replaced by bold tomato sourness.
How to cook Beef Stroganoff with Chicken in Tomato Paste
Step 1

In a separate container, mix tomato paste and sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste, and then pour the resulting sour cream and tomato mixture with broth.
Step 2

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil until soft. Cut the chicken into thick strips or strips and roll in flour. Place the meat on the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3

Pour the broth with sour cream and tomato paste into a saucepan, add the fried meat and onion. Put on moderate heat and simmer under a closed lid for 15 minutes.
