Step 1
Chop the tenderloin with fat, add salt and pepper. With wet hands, form 4 patties and fry in a pan in hot olive oil until tender.
Step 2
Cut the buns in half and roast on the grill.
Step 3
Collect a burger. Cut the tomato into thin circles and put on half of the bun. Then put the cheese and cutlet. Add the mustard and mayonnaise and cover with the other half of the bun.

1 large tomato
romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce
60 g cheddar cheese
40 g mayonnaise
20 g mustard
