Baked potatoes with beans and sesame seeds

How to cook Baked potatoes with beans and sesame seeds

Step 1

Wash the potatoes, cut into slices without peeling the skin (if it is young), but if the potato is thick-skinned, then peel it first.

Step 2

Green beans can be used both fresh and frozen. If the beans are frozen, then defrost them first and drain the water.

Step 3

Mix potatoes in a separate bowl with sour cream, salt, spices and transfer to a sheet greased with vegetable oil. Put in the oven at 200°C and bake for 15 minutes until half cooked.

Step 4

Remove the potatoes from the oven, add beans, garlic and sesame seeds to it, mix and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.

Step 5

Serve with a light vegetable salad.
