Baked corn

Our spiced butter baked corn recipe is a worthy alternative to regular boiled corn. Try it!
How to cook Baked corn
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Peel the garlic, chop. Wash greens, dry and finely chop. Beat the butter warmed to room temperature with a fork; add garlic, herbs, salt and both types of pepper. Mix thoroughly. 2. Remove leaves and fibers from corn. Wash and dry. Evenly coat each ear with spicy oil. 3. Wrap the cobs in foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
