Bagel with smoked salmon and beets in curry sauce

Step 1

Cut the bagel in half. Pre-boil the beets and cut into thin slices.

Step 2

Sauce: Mix together cream cheese, finely chopped garlic and curry.

Step 3

Brush the bagel halves with sauce. We put beets on 1 part, then smoked salmon and decorate with herbs. Cover with 2 halves. Bon appetit!

bagel - 1 pc.
smoked salmon - 80 g (3 pieces)
beets (small) - 1 pc.
curd cheese (Hochland) - 140 g
curry - 2/3 tbsp. l.
garlic - 1 clove
arugula leaves - 10 pcs.
