1. Rinse lentils and rice with warm water. Boil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan, salt, add lentils and rice, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes. 2. Peel the onion, finely chop. Rinse raisins. Chop walnuts with a knife into small crumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion in it until golden brown, 4 minutes. Add onions, raisins and nuts to the pot. Cook 5 min. 3. Wash greens, dry and chop. Put greens and black pepper in the soup. Quickly, over high heat, bring to a boil and remove immediately. Salt to taste.
