Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar until foamy; while continuing to whisk, add flour, soda, salt to taste. Apples, without peeling, cut into thin slices. Mix with the resulting dough. Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the apple mixture into the mold, smooth and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. at a temperature of 180ºС. For 2–3 min. Top with whipped egg whites until done and serve immediately.
