Step 1

1. Lower the almonds for 4 minutes. into boiling water, then put in a colander, let cool slightly and remove the skin from the kernels. Grind the almonds into powder. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with butter and sugar into a homogeneous mass. Whisk the egg whites into a fluffy foam. 2. Add chopped almonds and flour to a bowl with mashed yolks, mix. Add the beaten egg whites and mix again very gently. 3. Preheat the oven to 180º C. Cover the baking sheet with greased parchment. Spread almond dough 1.5 tbsp. l., at a great distance from each other.

BTW Like all nuts, almonds are a rich source of protein, vitamin B, iron and magnesium. It also contains high amounts of vitamin E, a natural antioxidant that helps prevent heart disease.

gelatin in granules
150 ml heavy cream
150 g almonds
For cream: 100 g of shelled walnuts
3 eggs, 0.5 cup sugar
0.75 cup flour
For the dough: 50 g butter
150 g powdered sugar
