Warm grilled salad with smoked suluguni
Ingredients
- zucchini 1 pc.
- sweet pepper 2 pcs.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- green beans 400 g
- smoked suluguni 100 g
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar 2 tsp. l.
- Provencal herbs
Cooking
Step 1
Beans should be boiled a little in salted water before being sent to the grill. Zucchini cut into rings, peppers - long longitudinal lobes. We bake all three vegetable ingredients on the grill, or put under the grill in the oven.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the tomatoes. We put them on a plate, add cubes of cheese to them, and then carefully put the grilled vegetables (zucchini, beans and peppers). Cover with a lid to melt the cheese a little.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic, mix it with a mixture of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Drizzle this dressing over the salad, season with salt and pepper to taste. Seasoned with Provence herbs.
