Salad with pomelo and shrimps

- tomatoes - 50 g
- spicy sauce - 20 g
- green onion - 2 g
- boiled tiger prawns - 60 g
- shrimp marinade - 30 g
- coconut milk - 17 g
- red onion - 4 g
- chili pepper - 2 g
- lemon juice - 4 g
- cilantro - 2 g
- salt, sugar 1 g
- pomegranate fresh - 7 g
- colored radish - 10 g
- cilantro - 2 g
- roasted sesame - 2 g
- French fries - 6 g
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the shrimp marinade by mixing coconut milk with chili pepper, finely chopped onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and add sugar. Marinate shrimp for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cut shrimp, pomelo, tomatoes into equal cubes, add finely chopped green onions, season with spicy sauce and mix everything well. Place on a plate, garnish with slices of colored radish, cilantro, pour over with pomegranate juice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put onion fries on top.
