Salad with pomelo and shrimps

  • pomelo - 80 g
  • tomatoes - 50 g
  • spicy sauce - 20 g
  • green onion - 2 g
  • boiled tiger prawns - 60 g
  • shrimp marinade - 30 g
  • coconut milk - 17 g
  • red onion - 4 g
  • chili pepper - 2 g
  • lemon juice - 4 g
  • cilantro - 2 g
  • salt, sugar 1 g
  • pomegranate fresh - 7 g
  • colored radish - 10 g
  • cilantro - 2 g
  • roasted sesame - 2 g
  • French fries - 6 g

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare the shrimp marinade by mixing coconut milk with chili pepper, finely chopped onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and add sugar. Marinate shrimp for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Cut shrimp, pomelo, tomatoes into equal cubes, add finely chopped green onions, season with spicy sauce and mix everything well. Place on a plate, garnish with slices of colored radish, cilantro, pour over with pomegranate juice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put onion fries on top.
