Prepare the shrimp marinade by mixing coconut milk with chili pepper, finely chopped onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and add sugar. Marinate shrimp for 15 minutes.
Cut shrimp, pomelo, tomatoes into equal cubes, add finely chopped green onions, season with spicy sauce and mix everything well. Place on a plate, garnish with slices of colored radish, cilantro, pour over with pomegranate juice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put onion fries on top.
