Marinade with balsamic vinegar

This marinade is suitable for all types of meat and chicken and is designed for 1-1.5 kg of meat.

Ingredients

Servings 8-10
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1.5 h. l. year

Cooking

Step 1

Grind the garlic in a mortar with salt, mix with the rest of the ingredients. Mix meat with marinade. Marinate chicken from 10 minutes warm to 12 hours in the refrigerator, meat - from 3 to 24 hours.
