Lecho more Kazan
Kazan lecho has a more piquant taste; chili pepper is used in its preparation. Lecho perfectly complements many dishes.
Ingredients
Servings 8- Bulgarian pepper 1.5 kg
- tomatoes 1 kg
- carrots 200 g
- garlic 50 g
- sugar 100 g
- parsley 15 g
- dill 15 g
- chili pepper 7 g
- vegetable oil 90 ml
- vinegar 9% 50 ml
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the pepper from the core and seeds, cut into pieces. Grate the carrots, pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder or chop in a food processor. Finely chop the greens, garlic and chili.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add sugar, salt, oil and vinegar. To stir thoroughly. Simmer 1 hour. The treatment is ready. Enjoy your meal!
