Ice fish in oatmeal
Oatmeal for this dish can be pre-ground in a blender. In this case, the breading will be more dense.

Step 1
Wash the fish thoroughly; make an incision along the abdomen and remove the insides. Place on a cutting board, back down, and use a sharp knife to remove the spine. Cut out the gills with scissors. Turn the fish upside down and press the back with your fingers. Sprinkle the fish spread in this way on both sides with lemon juice. Salt, pepper.
