Garlic bread with cheese

The bread turns out very tasty and fragrant, it can be eaten hot and cooled.

Ingredients

  • milk (dough) - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 2-2.5 tbsp.
  • yeast - 10 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • a pinch of salt
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 100 g
  • garlic - 7-8 cloves
  • cheese - 100 g
  • milk - 2 tbsp. l.
  • greens (dill, parsley) - 1 bunch

Cooking

Step 1

Whisk an egg.

Step 2

Dilute salt and sugar in warm milk, combine with egg, beat a little.

Step 3

Mix flour and yeast, add to milk, knead the dough. Cover and put in a warm place to let the dough rise.

Step 4

Put the dough into a mold or form a loaf and put in a warm place. When suitable, put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 5

Mix well soft sl. oil, squeezed garlic, grated cheese, herbs, salt and milk. You should get a homogeneous mass.

Step 6

Take the bread out of the oven. Make frequent cuts (do not cut through to the end), put and grind the filling in each. Leave a little and rub the bread on top. Put back in the oven, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and keep the bread for 10 minutes.
