Chicken burger with blue cheese sauce

  • butter 25 g
  • chili sauce 100 ml
  • chicken fillet 2 pcs.
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • buns for hamburgers 4 pcs.
  • lettuce leaves 4 pcs.
  • sour cream 200 g
  • blue cheese 60 g
  • garlic 1 pc.

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare all chicken burger ingredients. First of all, you should cut the buns into 2 parts and fry on the grill or in a dry frying pan from the cut side.

Step 2

Wash chicken fillet for burger and cut into 2 parts. Brush all sides with olive oil and fry on a grill or grill pan until cooked through.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and pour in the chili sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Then put the chicken fillet in the sauce and mix. Remove from fire.

Step 4

For the sauce, put sour cream in a bowl, add crumbled blue cheese and garlic, passed through a press. Stir until the sauce has a uniform consistency.

Step 5

Collect burgers. Put lettuce on the bottom halves of the buns, then chicken fillet and pour sauce with blue cheese. Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve.
