How to cook Uzbek bread Lazzat
Step 1
We mix all the ingredients for the dough and let it rise to the cap.

Add butter, vegetable oil, salt and flour to the dough, about 400-500 g.
Step 3
Knead the elastic dough (it should not be very soft). Let the dough rise for 40 minutes. We crush, divide into two parts, form two koloboks and let them rise.
Step 4
From koloboks we form cakes with our hands, making the edges thicker, and the middle thinner, apply a pattern, grease (egg + water), sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200-220 until golden brown. Lubricate the finished cakes with vegetable oil and hold under a towel for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
