How to cook Turkey with mushrooms
Step 1

Fry the turkey. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the turkey meat with mushrooms over high heat for 8-10 minutes. The water should evaporate completely.
Step 2

Simmer the meat. Add soy sauce, ground pepper and salt to the pan (keep in mind that soy sauce is quite salty on its own). Stir and simmer the turkey with mushrooms under the lid for 12-15 minutes until done.
