Finely chop the cilantro without stems and garlic, mix with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Mix with prepared chicken, beef or shrimp.

¼ cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. l. fish sauce
2 tbsp. l. lime juice
