Description

If you can’t live a day without sweets, make sweets from condensed milk with nuts in caramel according to our recipe. Amazing taste experience guaranteed! In general, condensed milk is one of the most perfect semi-finished products: it is very tasty to eat even in its natural form, just scooping it up with a spoon from a jar. But if you have time and desire, then you can go a more complicated way and make sweets from condensed milk with nuts in caramel based on this product. Believe me: this dessert will give odds to many store-bought confectionery, especially since you will not find artificial preservatives, colors or flavors in its composition.

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare caramel syrup. Pour sugar into a small ladle, pour in 100 ml of drinking water and put on medium heat. Stirring, heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Boil 2 minutes.

Step 2

Put the peeled hazelnuts into the syrup and caramelize over medium heat. Then carefully transfer the nuts to a piece of siliconized baking paper. Let cool.

Step 3

Pour dry milk into a bowl. Add powdered sugar and stir. Pour in the condensed milk and cognac. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 4

From the resulting sweet mass form small cakes. Put a caramelized walnut in the middle of each. Form into small balls and place on baking paper.

Step 5

For icing, break bitter chocolate. Put in a bowl and melt in a hot water bath. Dip candies (balls with nuts) in chocolate and place on a wire rack.

Step 6

Put the sweets in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so that the chocolate hardens and the texture of the products becomes denser. Before serving, put the sweets on a plate or in a special vase. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
