Sweet shawarma with cottage cheese, bananas and raisins

If you do not like raisins, you can replace them with any other dried fruits, the shawarma will still retain its tenderness.
How to cook Sweet shawarma with cottage cheese, bananas and raisins
Step 1
Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 60 g of sugar and beat until fluffy. Cut bananas into circles and add to the eggs. Add raisins and cottage cheese there too.
Step 2
Spread the lavash on the table and put the filling on it, leaving 2 cm from the edge. Roll the roll and put it in a baking dish.
Step 3
Break the remaining egg into a separate container, add 40 g of sugar and sour cream, beat until smooth. Pour the resulting filling evenly over the shawarma and place in a preheated oven at 180 ℃ for 30-35 minutes.
