When you get back from work tired, you don’t feel like cooking, but you need to have dinner, a summer chicken salad recipe will come in handy. While the croutons are fried, you will have time to cut all the necessary products, and in a matter of minutes the food will be on the table.

Cooking

Step 1

Cut olives and tomatoes in half, put in a bowl, pour over with vinegar, add oil, oregano, basil leaves. Grind the chili pepper and also add to the salad.

Step 2

Then toast the bread, rub it with garlic and break it into pieces.

Step 3

When serving, put croutons on the bottom of the plate, then olives with tomatoes, mozzarella balls (roughly divided into pieces). Then lay out the chicken pieces, grated cheese with herbs and parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil.

300 g cherry tomatoes (colorful)
10-15 pcs. olives
chili pepper 1 pc.
50 g hard cheese
2 mozzarella balls
½ piece grilled chicken
50 g cheese with herbs
2-3 sprigs of oregano (optional)
2 cloves garlic
1 small ciabatta
1 small bunch green basil
olive oil
1-2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
salt
freshly ground black pepper
