How to cook Spaghetti with porcini mushrooms
Step 1
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add chopped leek rings and slices - porcini mushroom. Fry 3 min. on a strong fire. Pour in the wine. Cook until the smell of alcohol disappears.
Step 2
Season with salt and white ground pepper, add thyme, mix. Pour in the cream and cook for 1 more minute.
Step 3
Boil spaghetti in salted boiling water, not bringing to readiness, 3 minutes. Transfer to a pan with sauce, pour in olive oil. Warm everything together for 30 seconds. Serve sprinkled with coarsely grated parmesan.
