How to cook Sorrel salad with egg
Step 1
Boil quinoa or bulgur in salted drinking water until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Throw on a sieve. Cool completely.

Boil eggs, cover with cold water and peel. Cut in half.
Step 3
For dressing, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Salt.
Step 4
Radish, celery and apple (without seeds) cut into thin slices, sorrel - into strips.
Step 5
Mix quinoa, radish, celery, sorrel, apple and corn. Dress the salad and add the eggs. Serve.
