How to cook Simple oatmeal jelly on kefir
Step 1
Place oatmeal and unpeeled oats in a glass jar, pour over kefir, mix well and leave for a day in a warm place.
Step 2
Strain the resulting liquid, separating the cake and grain - they will not be needed.
Step 3
Pour clean water into a saucepan with oatmeal infusion, put on low heat, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Stir constantly. When the jelly boils, boil until thickened and cool.
