Sausages in dough on kefir

How to cook Sausages in dough on kefir
Step 1

Take a deep bowl and start making the dough. Pour a glass of warm water into the bowl and dissolve the yeast in it. Then add sugar and leave the dough for 20 minutes. Then break one chicken egg into the same bowl, add kefir. Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 2

Then add sifted flour and knead the dough well. Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in a warm place for 90 minutes.
Step 3

Sprinkle a clean surface with a little flour and turn the risen dough out onto it. Roll out the dough ball into a 0.5 cm thick layer and cut into 4 strips.
Step 4

Prepare a baking tray. Line it with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Then make sausage rolls. To do this, take a sausage and wrap it in one of the dough strips like a spiral. Brush the sausage rolls with egg yolk.
Step 5

Place the sausages in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 C. The sausages in dough are ready!
