How to cook Sandwiches with veal and mortadella

Step 1

Mix chopped veal with sausage meat, season with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 8 parts, put on baking paper in the form of flat round cakes.

Step 2

Chop spinach, sweet pepper and mortadella, mix, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the vegetable mixture in an even layer on 4 meat cakes, leaving their edges free around the circumference. Put the remaining cakes on top, press the edges well with a fork.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the resulting hamburgers on each side for 3-4 minutes. Then put on a paper towel, let cool and cut in half.

Step 4

Warm up pita for 1 min. oven at 180ºC or microwave at maximum power. Cut each pita in half crosswise. Brush the inside of each pita half with mustard and place the hamburger halves in it.

Step 5

Wrap each sandwich in foil, put in a picnic container, tightly close the lid.
