How to cook Sand baskets with cottage cheese and raisins

Step 1

Sift flour with baking powder, salt and sugar.

Step 2

Add softened butter and egg. Knead shortbread dough. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Beat cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, cream and egg in a blender until smooth. Add washed raisins.

Step 4

Roll out the finished dough into a layer 0.6-0.8 cm thick. Cut out circles and fill them with baking molds. Preheat oven to 200'C.

Step 5

Put the baskets to bake without filling for 7-10 minutes so that they grab a little. Then take out the baskets and fill with curd filling. Bake again until fully cooked.

Step 6

Cool the finished baskets, cover with whipped cream and serve.
