Salad "Sunflower"
Winter is a time to think about flowers and plunge into summer a little. When you look at this salad, you feel as if it has become a little warmer and lighter. The salad is very easy to prepare.
How to cook Salad "Sunflower"
Step 1
First of all, boil the chicken breast, cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Then fry the mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil until tender. Drain excess oil by throwing ready-made mushrooms into a colander or sieve.
Step 3
Boil the eggs (hard boiled), separate the whites from the yolks, grate separately from each other (or knead with a fork).
Step 4
We rub the cheese on a fine grater. Cheese can be taken hard varieties or semi-hard so that you can grate.
Step 5
It remains to form our "Sunflower".
Step 6
We spread it on a dish in layers, spreading each layer with mayonnaise: first chicken, mushrooms with onions, then egg whites, then half of the grated cheese. We also coat the cheese layer with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Let's start decorating. Sprinkle the top layer with grated egg yolks and the remaining cheese. From halves of pitted olives we make a semblance of "sunflower seeds". We lay out green lettuce leaves along the edge of the dish (we create the effect of leaves), put chips on them, forming "petals".
Step 8
Salad ready. Enjoy your meal.
