Step 1

Sift flour into a bowl, add eggs, salt and milk. Knead a smooth dough. Bake small pancakes in butter. Cool down. For the filling, mix cream cheese with horseradish, spread each pancake with this mixture, sprinkle with dill, put salmon slices on top and roll the pancakes into rolls. Cut each roll into 3-4 pieces.

milk - 1 glass
For test:
200 g soft cream cheese
80 g flour
For the filling:
butter
eggs - 2 pcs
salt
1 Art. l. grated horseradish
200 g slices of lightly salted salmon
2 tbsp. l. chopped green dill
