How to cook Quick Beef Steak with Rice and Bell Pepper Garnish
Step 1
In a small deep bowl, mix the chopped meat with two tablespoons of sauce, mix thoroughly. Separate the white part of the onion from the green part and chop separately so that the green part is finely chopped, and the white part is in 2-centimeter pieces. Cook the rice until done according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Heat 4 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add garlic and ground red pepper to the oil, fry the spices for about 1 minute. Pour the white part of the onion into the pan, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. The onion will darken, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the vegetables to a deep plate.
Step 3
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan. Put half of the chopped beef in, stir-fry for about 1 minute. Transfer the meat to the side dish, cover tightly with foil. Put the other half of the meat in the pan, and when it is ready, transfer it to the first half.
Step 4
Pour 6 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce into the same pan and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Pour the sauce into the dish, carefully mix everything together.
