Step 1
Divide the dough into tartlets. Pierce the bottom with the tip of a knife.
Step 2
Wash the zucchini, grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix cream, goat cheese and egg yolks. Salt and pepper. Add chopped ham, zucchini and chopped onion. Divide the resulting mixture into tartlets.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. in the oven at 180ºC. Remove from molds and serve hot or cold with green salad.
