Divide the dough into tartlets. Pierce the bottom with the tip of a knife.
Wash the zucchini, grate it on a coarse grater.
In a separate bowl, mix cream, goat cheese and egg yolks. Salt and pepper. Add chopped ham, zucchini and chopped onion. Divide the resulting mixture into tartlets.
Bake 20 min. in the oven at 180ÂșC. Remove from molds and serve hot or cold with green salad.
