Step 1

Salt the pumpkin, send it, add star anise and bake in the oven until tender.

Step 2

Fry potatoes, garlic and onions (90 g) and stew a little.

Step 3

Grind baked pumpkin, potatoes, garlic, onions, salt and curry in a blender.

Step 4

Boil wheat. Fry boiled wheat with onions.

Step 5

Pour the pumpkin puree into a bowl. Put wheat on top, add coconut milk and olive oil.
