How to cook Pork neck skewers in apple-mustard marinade

Step 1

Cut the pork into medium cubes.

Step 2

Mix apple juice and vinegar, mustard, sugar, olive oil and soy sauce for the marinade. Add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the kebab and leave for 4-12 hours.

Step 3

Remove the meat from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking, it should come to room temperature.

Step 4

Thread the kebab onto skewers and grill over hot coals until cooked through, 15 to 18 minutes.

Step 5

Serve the ready kebab with greens and pita bread.
