Pork loin with grilled vegetables from Maxim Averin

Step 1

Coat the pork pieces with a mixture of mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, bake sweet peppers in the oven, peel, cut into strips. Cut the zucchini into circles, bake on the grill, then add the tomatoes. Mix vegetables, season with a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice. Season with parsley, salt and pepper. Leave warm. Fry the marinated pork on a grill heated to 220ºС for 5 minutes. Serve with grilled vegetables.
